Conference

At these conferences, Karine draws on her various experiences as a high-performance athlete to explain the ingredients of individual and collective human performance. Similarly, the different topics discussed are adapted to your needs during seminars and conventions.

Workshop

First of all, with 18 years’ experience in adventure races, Karine transposes her “know-how” and expertise through coaching methods and individual or collective training.

Teambuilding

It is also on the ground, sharing the same trials, the same feelings, that a new cohesion, a different state of mind can arise. A challenge full nature, teambuilding are, above all, unforgettable experiences that I propose to live with me.

From international adventure race to the creation of the event agency KBO: my history

After more than 15 years of international adventure races, many countries crossed, multiple sports and human adventures, I put my experience within the event agency Karine Baillet organization that I created in October 2008. Former high-level athlete, I also had the luck and courage to achieve sporting exploits almost superhuman that only a handful of extremely trained people can accomplish.

Karine Baillet Organisation is an event agency based in Le Touquet and operating throughout France. The main segments are the organization of turnkey seminars (accommodation, catering, teambuilding activities), conferences that take place in person or remotely.
