Team building sessions usually take place during specific seminars. These sessions can be set up to address specific issues (high stress, communication between employees, numerous staff changes, merger of two companies, etc.) or be part of an ongoing improvement plan for the company.
Organising our seminars
All of Karine Baillet Organisation’s leisure activities are adapted to the level and composition of the group. We work on sports, artistic and environmental activities.
We work mainly in Le Touquet but also throughout France (Paris, Lille, Lyon, Bordeaux, Deauville, La Baule, etc.). Le Touquet Paris Plage has the advantage of being able to offer both a natural and an urban feel. This mix is an undeniable asset of the resort.
