At the start of my career, I was a team-mate and then team captain. I carried out projects, recruited people and was at the centre of a human organisation with objectives. Today, through this sport and my career, I’ve come to understand what a team needs to function well and win. The requests for seminars then intensified.
Initially, I organised conferences, introductions and teambuilding in natural sports for my partners. The requests, particularly for seminars, multiplied, so I decided to set up the KBO events agency in Le Touquet to meet the needs of companies in all sectors of activity and local authorities. The range of services then expanded to include workshops and turnkey breaks.
Karine draws on her experience as a top-level athlete to explain the ingredients of individual and collective human performance. The various topics covered are tailored to your needs.

It’s in the field, sharing the same challenges and the same sensations, that a new cohesion and a different state of mind can emerge. A challenge in the great outdoors is an unforgettable experience that I invite you to share with me.
