The flame symbolises friendship between peoples, with its relay travelling through many countries around the world. The rings represent respect, bringing together all nations and all five continents without discrimination.
During the conference, I’ll be talking about
1) Balance : Body, Will, Mind
2) Excellence, which consists of giving the best of oneself in relation to the objectives we have set ourselves.
3) Friendship : building a better, more peaceful world through sport, solidarity, team spirit, joy and optimism, despite differences.
4) Respect : the desire to respect oneself, one’s body, others, the rules and the environment: fair play, the fight against doping and any other unethical behaviour.
5) The educational value of setting a good example
