She was able to perform in 3 different teams. In the 1st, the team members were selected, not chosen. Then she was recruited as a team member to win the Gauloises raid with team members from all over France. Finally, she became captain and recruited and led her team to great victories. She also runs her own events and is a company director. So much experience and so many recipes that she shares: so much energy consumed in companies, in operational teams, project teams or management teams to create a collective dynamic and break out of active inertia. The expected changes and results are finally achieved, but at what price !

Practical exercises : In the form of small-group workshops, we will work on several of the ingredients of the ‘Dream team’: defining objectives, working on rules, mutual expectations, etc.
Option : an orienteering exercise (looking for clues on foot) to get a feel for the fundamentals !

Muscle wake-up session before work sessions
Group : unlimited numbers, adaptable to the group’s level of fitness
Duration : 20 minutes to 2 hours, all year round
Focus : indoor, outdoor, beach or forest activities possible
After allocating your roles: map reading, compass, timing, clue reading, etc., set off as a team on a great treasure hunt ! Find as many clues or beacons as possible in your environment within a given time. There’s no point running in the wrong direction, it’s better to walk in the right one…. Thinking and strategy are key.
The aim is for each player to optimise his or her role to help the team achieve success; individual performance at the service of the team.
