Description :

What makes us have energy and can it last over time ? What costs us energy and what gives us energy ? We have energy capital based on 4 batteries. Energy discharges need to be compensated for, but how ?

Your coach will explain the basics: sleep, diet with anecdotes and role-playing with concrete tools to make progress.

Objectives :

  • Become aware of the fundamentals of individual energy and performance, theoretical input
  • Measure your stock of energy at a given moment, measure the levels of your different batteries.
  • Identify and use tools to help you progress
  • Set up an action plan to progress according to the items defined.

Location : internally at your premises or externally in a reception room.

Option : physical workshops to put into practice

Orienteering trail : treasure hunt (complementary)

After allocating your roles: map reading, compass, timing, clue reading, etc., set off as a team on a great treasure hunt ! Find as many clues or beacons as possible in your environment within a given time. There’s no point running in the wrong direction, it’s better to walk in the right one…. Thinking and strategy are key.

The aim is for each player to optimise his or her role to help the team achieve success; individual performance at the service of the team.

Our options :

  • Urban : clues/beacons at the main locations in the city where your activity is taking place
  • In the forest
  • By the sea
  • Simple markers or riddles to decipher

Group : no limit to the number of participants; can be adapted to suit the group’s level of fitness.

Duration and season : from 1h to 3h depending on the options, available all year round
