Stress is part of our daily lives, but there are ways of managing it effectively.

In this module, you will learn in a fun way how to free yourself from stress using certain acting techniques.

Objective : To know how to analyse, recognise and generate any emotion in order to free yourself from stress and toxic emotions.

  • Analysing the emotions of others and their effects
  • Managing your emotions by being able to recognise them
  • Manage your emotions by gaining the ability to express and create them freely and at will, as an actor, depending on the role and the situation.

Orienteering trail : treasure hunt (complementary)

After allocating your roles: map reading, compass, timing, clue reading, etc., set off as a team on a great treasure hunt ! Find as many clues or beacons as possible in your environment within a given time. There’s no point running in the wrong direction, it’s better to walk in the right one…. Thinking and strategy are key.

The aim is for each player to optimise his or her role to help the team achieve success; individual performance at the service of the team.

Our options :

  • Urban : clues/beacons at the main locations in the city where your activity is taking place
  • In the forest
  • By the sea
  • Simple markers or riddles to decipher

Group : no limit to the number of participants; can be adapted to suit the group’s level of fitness.
