The Beach Challenge or Green Olympiads may or may not be achieved with a ranking  according to your choice and your objectives.

Every little workshop will earn you points, the team that will win the most points on the challenge will be chosen winner!

Beach Challenge during your seminar

Make the most of the beach with its fine and golden sand! This is what we propose in this Challenge Beach. You will evolve as a team through the dunes, the beach, and discover one of the most beautiful coastlines of the Opal Coast! Over the course of your challenge, fun workshops will be offered to you. Different facets will be highlighted with your team.

Presentation of sand teambuilding by the sea

Before starting your activities, several teams of up to 5 people will be formed either by drawing lots or determined beforehand. These teams will remain unchanged from the beginning to the end of the Challenge. Ready for a great adventure!

Once the teams have been set up, you will be provided with a briefing so that you can explain all your questions. We will present the rules of each game, which will be briefly repeated by your facilitator before each workshop.

Among the workshops offered, you can find games of skill, speed, balance, strength, tactics or technique… everyone will be able to express themselves according to their affinities!

The games on offer are many, including: frisbee, beam, bootcamp, wheelbarrow, molkee, archery, rope shooting, dune climbs, searching for shells or lost objects in the sand, blind courses or sand castle competitions.

All these workshops or «specials», which will be offered to you, will save you bonus time! The winning team will be the one with maximum bonus time…. Communication, reflection and mutual help are required for these fun challenges.

After working sessions, come and enjoy the sea and the beach to get some air through this Beach Challenge.

Objective of this beach seminar

It is up to each person to optimize their expertise in order to bring the team to success. Each person will have a role to play, guaranteeing the good performance of the team.
Individual performance is at the service of the collective. Alone we go faster but together we go further. It is the expertise that each of us brings to the group that will optimize its effectiveness.
These Challenge Beach can be held without limitation of number. Ideally, teams of up to 5 people should be formed so that everyone can participate and take an active part in the workshops.
All the activities offered are accessible to everyone and can be adapted to the group’s level of athleticism. No activity is mandatory, we invite each participant to participate. Everyone is free to decide whether or not to participate in a challenge.

A teambuilding adaptable to your expectations.

Each Beach Challenge consists of several games to choose from depending on the duration of your activity. Everything is done on foot and on the beach. According to your timing, we recommend in general 8 workshops over a duration of 3H including 2H of activities (arrival of the group at 14h for an end with prize giving around 17h).
The different workshops can be: frisbee, giant ski, rope shooting, bootcamp, archery, sarbacane shooting, balance beam, wheelbarrow, sack race, molkee, dune climbs, shell research, or lost objects in the sand, blind courses or sand castle competitions. Each person can thus express himself according to his predispositions: skill, speed, strength, reflection.
On each Beach Challenge, we can offer you several options. We have “refueling” breaks in the middle of your activity. On full-day challenges, we can provide a picnic or lunch break option. We have been working with providers for several years and we know the nicest corners for your gourmet breaks.
The duration of the Beach Challenge can vary from 2H to 1 day depending on the workshops chosen and the time you have. It is feasible preferably with favorable weather conditions and all year round. We can also provide you k-way, windproof in case of rain.

At the awards ceremony, we can offer you different «terroir» lots that very often delight participants. Most often the customer chooses to offer everyone a souvenir lot that we can prepare in advance. A book by Karine Baillet on her journey, a sweet or salty lot or a symbolic object of your company that you want to share.
We operate in the city of Le Touquet Paris-Plage but we can also operate in other locations. Our teams move easily. We have already organized Beach Challenges in Bordeaux, Deauville, Cabourg and several places in the Hauts de France. We adapt to the terrain and your seminar environment!
At the end of each Beach Challenge, we will provide you with a review file containing the composition of the different teams, the program of activities, the detailed results and some souvenir photos. We can also provide according to your wish and your budget a photographer or a capture to immortalize all these beautiful moments. A video montage of your Challenge Plage can also be made.
