Whether you’re a top-level athlete or an employee, change is permanent, but it has to be understood!
What is change?
Many people today never set themselves precise objectives. Their existence, like a boat tossed by the waves and pushed hither and thither by fickle winds, is characterized by laissez-faire and laissez-vivre. They take things philosophically as they come. This is dispersion, action without purpose, the opposite of efficiency.
